2. Court auctions.

2. Court auctions is the most interesting type of auctions. Its particular feature is the property detrained by a bank.  This realty is represented by an attorney elected by the board of creditors. The board determines the price at which they are ready to sell the property. It often happens to be bought at a price lower than the one offered by the market. However, it is necessary to be careful for the property may have other debts that must be paid off as well once being bought. It is better to examine the property for debts before the purchase is made.
